We will be applying security updates to the Student Housing network firewall tonight, Monday, October 26, beginning at 11:00 PM Pacific. These updates address recently identified security vulnerabilities.
Internet and network access in Student Housing at the Dawson Creek and Fort St. John campuses will be unavailable for about 20–30 minutes while the firewall restarts. You don’t need to do anything. Service will come back on its own once the restart finishes. If you’re still not connected 15 minutes after we mark this maintenance complete, try disconnecting and reconnecting to Wi-Fi or restarting your device.
