Identified - Fort Nelson's Chase POS is still not working.

Chase reported that an outdated SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate is causing unplanned downtime in our Desk/5000 and Move/5000 Ingenico Tetra terminals. We are currently addressing the issue.

Monitoring - The electronic payments have been restored at the following locations:

Dawson Creek Campus:
- Bookstore: Accepting electronic payments.
- Cafeteria: Accepting electronic payments.

Fort St. John Campus:
- Bookstore: Payments now available through Campus Services.
- Cafeteria: Accepting electronic payments.

We're not fully done yet, but we’re much closer to a complete resolution. Stay tuned for further updates.

Resolved - The Logitech Rally camera has been repaired, and HSB 125 is now fully operational.

Resolved - We have installed a temporary camera for the time being. We will repair the Logitech Rally Camera once we have all the necessary tools. Aside from that, the room is now usable.

Identified - The front camera in HSB 125 is not functioning. We have identified the issue and are currently working on a solution. We will return to the classroom at 3:30 p.m. (9/24/2024), after the class. The room is still usable, but the receiving end will not be able to see the students in HSB 125.
